Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations up to 4 weeks before the event: full refund less administration fee of £30.00. No Refunds can be made after this date, but substitutions can be made at any time. HPMA (Wales) reserve the right to alter the dates, the programme, the venue and the speakers, due to unforseen circumstances.
